The First Case! The Toolkit: I'm about to trip up on my first step already, JEEZ.

SOOoooo I've been asked to make a tool with automation tools for a group.

Don't have a clue as to what I'm doing, all I can gather is that I python is prolly the best way to go about this.

I have some coding experience.... I think? I can write "Hello World" in three different languages (okay, two... and the third one might be gibberish which is a real language apparently). I've watched I, Robot though, so how hard could automation be?

So anyways all jokes aside, with a little help from YouTube and ChatGPT I have a rough idea of how I could go about this. Basically, there is a library in python called PyQT that I could use to make a GUI to start and from there I can add button and put different functionalities on each of em.

so currently the plan is to plan(ha) out each tool's functionality and then make the GUI to contain them and then start making things work.......so I started on the GUI first because I didn't feel like planning first.

I found a designer thing that came with the PyQT library(the library and the designer was in my site-packages in the Lib folder of my python install), so that's neat, after a while of head scratching an fumbling I managed to figure out how to make this thing too. sooooo.....

here is my beautiful GUI that took nearly 2 hours to make

Beautiful ain't it?

I'm a programmer (in training) not a graphic designer, the graphics are placeholder(maybe).

I had to put a pause on it today, since other stuff came up, so tata for now.
